  • Barefoot walking - Walking barefoot supports "earthing" or "grounding" and has a lot of health benefits, such as increasing antioxidants, reducing inflammation and improving sleep.
  • Baths - The heat supports relaxation while various ingredients can be added to the bath water to support detoxing. Even better, soaking in hot springs waters has all the same value plus the added benefit of naturally occurring healthful minerals. 
  • Detoxing - With the exposure to at least some if not many of the various toxins in our environment, detoxing in different ways can be a healthful practice. Some of the methods to detox include baths, saunas, earthing/grounding, or the intake of certain substances. Warning: detoxing can be intense. Educate yourself before embarking on any treatment. 
  • Earthing - aka grounding. Direct contact with the ground (walking, sitting, or laying down on the earth's surface) is purported to have health benefits, There are scientific studies demonstrating the value and affects.

  • Orgonite: (Okay. I caved on this one. I prefer to use and recommend information and practices that have at least some scientific validation. As far as I’m concerned, orgonite doesn’t. But, when my hands are feeling painful and I hold certain orgonite objects, my hands feel better. Go figure.) Objects containing crystals and precious metals in resin. The main function of orgonite is to clean stagnant and negative energy. It seems that orgonite does not reduce EMF, but instead protects the body from its harmful effects.
